Community Safety
If you have concerns about the safety of your neighborhood contact the Property Manager for your site.

Crime at your Site
If you have information about criminal activity in your building, phone the Police at 519-653-7700. Then call the Property Manager for your site to keep Housing Cambridge informed.

Customer Service
If you are unhappy with the service provided by any of our staff please speak with the General Manager at 519-622-5535 ext 29.

Damage
To report any damage contact the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.

Garbage
If you find problems with the garbage chutes, garbage rooms or litter, contact the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.

Guests
If your neighbor’s guests are disturbing you, discuss the problem politely with the tenant first. If there is still a problem contact the Property Manager for your site.

Laundry
If you discover that a machine in the laundry room isn’t working please phone Middlesex Appliances at 1-800-265-2062. Then notify the Security Tenant on duty and put an Out of Order sign on the machine to save your neighbors some trouble too!

Common Rooms
Some of our sites feature common rooms. If you live at one of these sites and would like to book the common room, please contact the office at 519-622-5535.

Moving In & Out
Contact the Property Manager for your site if you are planning to move.

Noise
Discuss the problem with your noisy neighbor and see if you can work it out. If the problem persists contact the Noise Bylaw Officer at 519-740-4613 ext 7907 during the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. If it is after hours contact the Police at 519-653-7700.

Other Tenants
Discuss the problem politely with the tenant, or if there are children involved talk to the parent(s). If you are unable to resolve the problem in this way, put your complaint in writing (using the Tenant’s Complaint Record) and submit it to the Property Manager at your site.

Parking
For infractions contact the Parking Bylaw Officer at 519-623-1340 ext 4530. For other concerns contact the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.

Pests
If you see insects or rodents in your unit contact the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.

Pets
Discuss the problem politely with the owner of the pet. If there is still a problem contact the Property Manager for your site.

Receipts
Contact the Administrative Coordinator at 519-622-5535 ext 21 if you need a receipt for your rent. Keep in mind we require 2 days notice.

Rent Payment
If you have any questions about your rent, or if you are having trouble paying your rent contact the Property Manager for your site.

Routine Maintenance Requests
If you have a routine maintenance request contact the Administrative Coordinator at 519-622-5535 ext 21.

Odours
If you smell gas contact Union Gas at 1-877-969-0999. For other smells try to figure out where the odour is coming from and then report the source to the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.

Snow Removal
If you have questions or concerns about snow removal contact the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.

Tenant Activities
If you would like to organize a tenant activity or have questions about an existing one, contact the Property Manager for your site.

Trespassers
If you find someone trespassing in your building or on your site, first contact the Police at 519-653-7700. Follow up with a call to the Property Manager for your site.

Visitor Parking
Guests staying longer than 24 hours but no longer than 7 days must get a parking pass from the office to be placed in the vehicle. Contact the Maintenance Department at 519-622-5535 ext 30.
