175 Hespeler Road – Unforeseen Delays Worth The Wait

As some of you may know, we experienced delays in opening our 175 Hespeler Road property. We assure you, it wasn’t due to lack of effort. It started with a very cold and bitter December that delayed brickwork.  Other small unexpected things appeared early in the new year.

“With so many people and organizations involved in the building process, there is surely going to be some hiccups along the way,” said Steve Garrison, General Manager at Housing Cambridge. “We couldn’t be happier with the end result though, we’re proud to add 175 Hespeler Road to the Cambridge community.”

We welcome our new tenants and truly appreciate their patience and understanding. Seeing the smiling happy faces on move-in day made everything worthwhile. Thanks to everyone’s hard work and dedication to bring this all together.
