Litter Clean Ups and Community Barbeques!

            Housing Cambridge staff coordinated community litter clean ups at each of our family sites in the middle of June. There was a good turnout at all of the site, with both adults and youth coming out to participate. Those who participated in the litter clean up were offered a ‘bag a burger’, where they could have a hamburger for every bag of garbage they picked up.

            The litter clean ups and community barbeques not only helped to beautify the neighbourhood, but also brought the community closer.
