Our MiniSprouts program was tremendously successful in 2019. The program is aimed at adding value to the lives of our tenants. MiniSprouts accepts requests for funding of up to $100 for projects that qualify.

Examples of our diverse tenant-lead initiatives include:

Garden maintenance

Building BBQs

Summer get togethers

Shuffleboard

Christmas dinner

Summer madness

Strawberry day

Social dancing

Senior’s beautification
