Each household is responsible for paying their own hydro through Hydro-Electric Commission of Cambridge & North Dumfries. Contact 519-621-3484.

Union Gas
Each household is responsible for paying their own heat through Union Gas. You may make arrangements by calling their office at 1-888-774-3111.

Garbage removal
The City of Cambridge collects the garbage from your site every Monday morning. Please ensure that your garbage is placed at the sidewalk at the end of your property as close to the road as possible not before 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening but prior to 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning.

Deficiencies
During your tenancy all deficiencies are to be reported to the office between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Emergencies that occur after hours can be handled by calling 519-622-5858 and your call will be returned promptly.
