- Posting of internet advertising using proven local sites

Administrative
- Collecting monthly rents on a prompt basis

- Administration of leases including the preparation of necessary notices to tenants

- Bank Balances.
- Paying all valid accounts payable, taking advantage of all available discounts.
- Requesting quotations, providing recommendations to the owner and arranging for completion of the annual audit of financial records
- Paying to the owner any and all amounts received in excess of required disbursements
