The complex is serviced by The City of Cambridge, with curbside pick-up Friday mornings. Garbage is to be placed at the curb at the end of your property as close to the road as possible not before 7:00 pm Thursday evening but prior to 7:00 am on Friday morning. Please ensure that your garbage is bagged and tied properly to prevent breakage.

During your tenancy all deficiencies are to be reported to the office between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Emergencies that occur after hours can be handled by calling 519-650-4759 and your call will be returned promptly.
